⎫ As a Networking Presales Consultant, I am responsible for creating an integrated solution design including (understand client needs, develop a technical solution design, discuss with client technically and respond to his clarifications, arrange for demo if needed).
⎫ Using existing clients reporting, management solutions to propose a detailed report on their exact situation and potential needs.
⎫ Doing a complete migration plans in case of client migration and curve out scenarios.
⎫ Choose the vendor to work with which has the correct solution.
⎫ Protect the deals and help sales teams to negotiate discounts.
⎫ Make sure that all the provided solutions are based on the latest technologies with the best practices as per vendor’s recommendations.
⎫ Manage all the networking portfolio presales activities.
⎫ Taking care of choosing the vendors for partnership, and choosing the distributor as well.
⎫ Switch technical designs into RFPs and vice versa.
⎫ Lead client’s technical expectations from the project and being a part of the escalation process.
⎫ Develop activities with existing clients to create new leads to raise the turnover.
⎫ Work directly with sales representatives and lead the technical part of the sales process.
⎫ Provide quotation m diagrams, documentation and presentation materials in support of customers’ proposals and tenders.
⎫ Ensure to create a professional handover documentation to the post sales team.
⎫ Provide the support for less experienced team in presales activities and post sales teams of how to implement the solution as well.
⎫ Develop, maintain and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA). Process and procedures are followed thoroughly.
⎫ Assists clients to implement advance tools in their environment.
⎫ Keep clients’ satisfaction as a main goal for any customer support engineer.
