- Assist management in developing and structuring new Treasury products.
- Assist management in preparing term sheets for new trades.
- Assist management in booking new trades.
- Assist management in updating control sheets and P&L.
- Assist management in monitoring daily fixings .
- Assist management in communicating with counter parties and Interbanks.
Responsibilities:
-Analysis of London stock exchange and New York stock exchange listed companies.
-Preparation of buy and sell side transaction pitches, teasers, and writing confidential investment memo.
-Excel Financial modelling and valuation of public listed companies by using "Comparable comps" method.
-Excel Financial modelling and valuation of public listed companies by using "Discounted cash flow" method.
-Excel Financial modelling and determination of the premium paid by buyer of the business by using "Transaction comps" method.
-Excel Financial modelling and leveraged buyout of the company by a Private Equity sponsor.
-Preparation of M&A transaction-ready model with Accretion/Dilution analysis of the deal.
-Board presentation and closing of investment banking transactions.
1- Completion of courses in the field of finance such as, Investments, Derivative Securities, Corporate Finance and Security Analysis. 2 - Completed several projects in the field of business and finance such as, security analysis and B2B marketing. 3 - Involved in many student clubs such as The Saudi Arabian Student Association. 4- Volunteer at the Simon Fraser University's Recreation Office.
Completion of the Business Administration stage one program which allows the transfer to Simon Fraser University.
