1. Prepare planning and objectives guidelines for long and short-term plan based on the strategic direction and mission of the Royal Commission.
2. Conducting strategic workshops and formulating the overall strategic plan and objectives.
3. Preparation of strategic plans and business plans for the levels of cities in accordance with the comprehensive strategic plan of the Royal Commission.
4. Identify strategic trade exchanges between cities, aspects of cooperation, complementarity and inconsistencies, and implement / propose corrective actions.
5. Conducting situation analysis to identify strategic opportunities and obstacles to achieving the strategic direction of the Royal Commission (statistical supply and demand data).
6. Prepare and maintain the strategic plan implementation.
7. Support performance management of the comprehensive plan and cities in the preparation of tactical recommendations.
8. Coordination with the financial budget for rescheduling and cost estimation of projects with financial constraints.
9. Provide financial / human resources data for the budget / manpower plan requirements.
