• Responsible for coordination of controlled documentation within the company.
• All reports send to the Company HSE Manager.
• Assist in supporting external audits, coordinating activities in backroom, and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors.
• Compile soft and hard copies of Daily, Weekly, Monthly HSE Observation, Client Audit, HSE Toolbox Talk Attendance Sheet, Third Party Certification, Incident, near miss, First Aid, Property damaged Reports.
• Keep all the HSE Related Trainings List and record i.e., Riggers, Scaffolders, First Aiders, and Fire warden, Confined Space, working at height & Doka false work Trained.
• Make the HSE Related Reports and send to on time to HSE Manager.
• Maintain HSE statistical safety data and trending up to date. Investigate and respond to corrective actions related to Document Control.
• nsure that all statutory safety and environmental issues are adhered to, in conjunction with the Company’s safety procedures.
• Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
• Monitoring the safety Requirements for the project site.
• Effectively collaborating on Health and Safety projects, across various Operations sites.
• Providing authoritative guidance on Health & Safety matters to all stakeholders, especially on those relating to your designated area of responsibility.
• Undertaking daily visual inspections, reporting issues and submitting an observation report to the Contractor via project reporting system. Follow-up the close-out of same with Contractor.
• Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE Management System and Project HSE Plan.
• To act in an advisory capacity for all levels of management at site.
• Provide assistance in solving HSE related problems and making recommendations to effectively
• implement HSE requirements at site.
• Exercise authority to stop work when need arises.
