and targets & cascading to CBUs
- Analyse performance of different department
through KPIs.
- Assist in setting recovery plans for under-
performing departments / KPIs.
- Monitor progress of initiatives and actions within
time-frame and targets.
- Provide methodological support to the project
owners.
- Communicate Performance issues to Top
Management and raise alerts when needed.
