*Developing PMO and implementing project governance to improve best practices and IT service delivery.

 Assisting the PMO Manager and Managing the PMO when PMO manager is not exist.

 Work to develop the program and project management strategy and governance model for relevant area of business.

 Work on the initiatives and projects to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030.

 Prepare and make a presentation to top management about Projects status report to let them on track and support achieving the organization goals and strategy.

 Establishes a project management governance structure that includes key performance indicators and sets milestones for the project team.

 Portfolio planning, assign some projects to appropriate program, managing the portfolio, prioritization and assessment of projects and programs within a portfolio, portfolio budget management.

 Evaluate projects and ensure that there is no overlapping and duplication between projects.

 Manage allocation and proactive forecasting of project/program within portfolio.

 Make a planning for future projects and request budget, write the justification for establish the projects.

*Develop and design a framework for project management including all methodologies, templates, business cases, etc. required.

 Supervise the writing of documents for projects according to standard models and review to ensure their comprehensiveness.

 Feasibility study and evaluate the cost estimation of projects.

 Coaches, mentors, motivates and supports project managers and team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.

 Supporting PMO manager in transforming to Enterprise PMO (EPMO).

 Monitor and control projects and Programs at NIC.

 Measuring organization's project management maturity level and identify area for improvement.

 Ensuring milestone information reflects weekly status, address projects issues, risks and change requests.

 Works with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.

 Maintaining projects documents register.

 Maintain and regular updates on the corporate annual projects Business Plan.

 Producing weekly and monthly reports.

 Projects costs, budget and actual.
