Commission:
o Handling 26 agent with more than 196 branch all around KSA.
o Run commission and outstanding reports with two different system
(EDGE&ORACLE).
o Process the payment for each agent differently where debit agent
are handled manually.
o Process penalties for each branch.
o Handling deductions and breakdown for all branches.
o Coordinate with seals and treasury dept. to solve any issues for the agents regarding chuques, outstanding and deductions.
o Monthly, reconciliation with GL dept.
o Share data analysis with Analysts.
o Entering Official receipts and cash vouchers in the financial system.
o Prepare all financial payments.
o Reconcile between subsidiary and General Ledger balances.
o Coordinate between interdepartmental issues and enquires.
o Follow up on accounts escalated issues that have been raised by other
departments.
Payroll:
o Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for
over 1200 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved
timesheets.
o Track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions.
o Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll,
human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow
and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of
detailed reports,
e.g. labor" home" work, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports
o Calculate salary and overtime
o Prepare GOSI reports
o Update new hires and terminations in payroll system

supporting schedules.

o Develop and manage projects. Responsible for defining project
scope, resources and achieving deliverables on time and within
budget.
o Organize and develop excellent working knowledge of reporting
and processing systems and handle and maintain outstanding
communication
o Carry out calculations of unresolved premiums and audit relative
treaty offers following treaty conditions.
o Reassess and organize seriously intricate domestic and
international insurance and unexplained treaty accounts
