• Troubleshooting & Analyse troubleshoot, solve technical malfunctions and breakdowns
• Installation, commissioning, start up and production supervision of new packaging lines.
• Conduct basic root cause analysis of problem, to ensure fast resolution and/or escalation to appropriate colleagues
• Plan, coordinate and execute planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensuring effective operation of line equipment
• Return the equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Identify and take action on system performance issues, implementing operational improvements that are identified and escalate wider operational efficiency issues when appropriate
• Carry out training courses on the customer plants, coaching for the customer’s employees regarding technical aspects
