- Develop and manage the HR related services for all employees and the HR transnational services, in line with C&B and HR policies, in order to ensure consistent delivery of employee services and a sound personnel administration.

• Manage Inter State & local transportation of goods across all channels and from Port to Cold Stores • Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures • Regularly liaising with the delivery manager to ensure a smooth running of both departments.
• Provide HR administrative support nearly everything that goes through the HR Department.
• Assist in all policies & procedures implemented by the head of the human resource department and also ensured that the employees are aware about these policies and procedures.
• Manage diverse aspect of the HR function. From preparing forms for new hires and creating vacancy announcement to job description.
