Analyzing root cause(es) for Non-Conformance arises during incoming inspection & issuing NCR’s.
Taking follow up for closure of Non-Conformance of Incoming parts & suggesting corrective & preventive actions.
Co-ordinates with suppliers in relation to product specification, acceptance criteria & continual improvement of supplier
quality.
Making new sample approvals and recommending changes or improvement required.
Co-ordinates with procurement team for vendor’s development, Assessment & Evaluate vendor rating.
Making Calibration of Instruments & gauges.
Planning & conducting Supplier Quality Audits Annually.

Preparing for UL Certification Audits & Customer audits.

* Responsible for Incoming material Inspection & CMM inspection of fabricated Structures & assemblies.

* Checking weld penetration by microscope & making summary report of welded joints and makes recommendations for
repairs or replacement of parts as required.
