Established control procedures for payroll processing between different systems. Designed appropriate activity codes for project reporting on various grants. Identified all the required financial reports for operation and developed new reports using Report Writer and Crystal Reports. Responsible for the management and supervision of the Grant & Fund Accounting Division that accounts for all non-operating activities of this 885-bed teaching hospital. Responsibilities include, organization of work, staff development, expense control and process improvement and problem solving in the delivery of service to customers.

Reduced preparation time of financial statements by job distribution, automation, and linked modules. Reorganized several functions, enabling significant cost savings through staff restructure.
