• Core activities are those required to implement the STC Risk Management Policy & Framework to time and quality with function unites.

• Ensure explicit risk awareness in decision making forums within the STC Group function unites.

• Ensure that the explicit consideration of risk is appropriately embedded into decision making forums within STC. function unites.

• Crystallizing risks and other risk-related data to related GMs & VPs function unite for better decision making.

• Performing a quarterly reconciliation between the risk events reported to Risk Management.

• Performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future.

• Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address medium and red key risk indicators.

• Investigating and analyzing root causes, patterns, or trends that could result in risk events.

• Analyzing identified trends in the key risk indicators in the business.

• Considering and suggesting methods to improve risk analysis and reports.

• Encourage and initiate continuous methods of productivity improvement throughout the divisions.

• Managing business activities by providing timely assistance, support and guidance to all divisions in Almarai related to risk management on a timely basis.

• Managing function unites risk management initiatives across the STC requiring sponsor intervention by providing timely and effective communication and feedback.

• Utilizing mathematical and statistical knowledge to assist risk.
