⦁ Drafting various Contracts and Agreements including Sale and Purchase Agreement, MOU, Joint Venture Agreement, Settlement Agreement, Addendum, Amendment, , Non-Disclosure Agreements and Agency Agreements.
⦁ Drafting Letter of Intent, Undertaking Agreement, Commission Contracts, Cancellation Contracts, Authorizations, Letter of Eviction and Letters or Notices addressing Developers, Dubai Land Department, RERA, Clients and other officials
