Project: DUQM LIQUID BULK BERTHS (DUQM PORT)
Scope of Work:
The Port works includes a dredged harbor with a depth of typically -18m CD, more than two kilometers of commercial quay wall that can accommodate container vessel up to 400m LOA, almost one kilometers of berths for Government use, a shipyard and dry dock facility that can accommodate vessel up to 500, 000 DWT ballasted, a 4.1km long Main breakwater, a 4.6km Lee breakwater and a 9.5km dredged Port approach channel with a depth of -19m CD.
Responsibilities :
Check Tender Layouts and Cross Sections Drawings.
Create all type of Templates Office Layouts.
Design of Dredging Proposal, Temporary Bund and Wadi Protection Layouts and Typical Cross Sections.
Design of Dry Excavation works plan and Sections.
Update Survey Data, Toe Lines and Contour Lines.
Arrange All Layout Coordinates (UTM40N & WGS84).
Quay Wall Blocks Arrangement and typical sections.
NEW PORT PROJECT (NPP /0013) :
Create New Port in Mesaieed Port Area.
Onshore and Offshore Reclaimation Area, Naval Base Reclamation, Naval Base Basin Dredging, 21km Channel Dredging, Northern and Southern Breakwater Construction, More Bunds, Quay Wall, Concrete Block and Crown Wall works.
Responsibilities :
• Preparation 3D-Design Technical Drawings.
• Preparation and verification of Design Drawings.
• Producing survey drawings and sections from topographic and hydro graphic surveys.
• Technical drawings, design drawings, presentations.
• Prepare base plans incorporating satellite images, bathymetric surveys and topographic surveys.
• Prepare 2-D and 3-D graphics of marine structures.
• Measure material quantities for BOQ’s and find the Area Volume.
• Department all Administration works. (Tide work, All reports, IR, WIR, Manhours, Timesheets, Travel and Leave Request).
