• Help customers find the spare parts they are looking for.
• Read catalogs to determine new parts on market.
• Ensure all necessary parts are stocked and ready for purchase.
• Order new parts from catalog as needed.
• Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
• Look over machine, product, or car to determine what part is needed.
• Examine parts for defects.
• Exchange defective parts.
• Take cash, check, or credit card for purchase.
• Take inventory of stock and replenish when needed..
• Look up stock numbers and prices for parts in catalogs or on computers.
• Responsible for Selling New Vehicles, Financial Services, Accessories and Trade-ins.
• Follow-ups on all sales leads from a variety of sources including Tele-ins, Walk-ins, Emails and Events etc.
• Maintain all Prospect and customer interactions on CRM system and follow up the established dealership sales process.
• Demonstrate Vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, giving test drives explaining warranties and services.
• Look after all the documentation for finance and vehicle RTO registration.
• Deliver Vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s Operating Features, warranty and paperwork.
• Provide sales management information by completing Daily reports.
• Update job knowledge by participating in Trainings and keeping competition knowledge.
• Ensure the customer is appropriately re-contacted during the lifetime ownership of the vehicle.
• Be the first point of contact between customers and dealership.
• Follow-up on all sales leads from a variety of sources including Tele-ins, Walk-ins, Emails and Events etc.
• Demostrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory.
• Answer basic Questions about financing and other optional financial products.
• Promote the company’s service and finance department with buyer to ensure customer loyalty.
• Perform Vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed.
• Conducting Sales Trainings on Weekly basis.
• Planning the monthly training calendar consultation with Regional Training Head.
• Conducting on the Job Trainings / on the job Caching
• Facilitating online assessments of the participants.
• Engaging with Team to understand the problem areas and provide trainings Solutions accordingly.
• Offer Test Drives to the walkin customer with consultants.
• Look after Maintenance, repair, fuel, documentation of all test drive Vehicles.
• Greeting customer on the Sales Floor and performs a need analysis including make, model, and features of the desired vehicles.
• Explain features and demonstrates operation of the vehicle and offer test drives.
• Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
• Attend enquiry through Walk-ins. Tele-ins, Email, Events, and give them quotation.
• Work with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sale and requirements for financing or vehicle lease.
• Send Daily follow ups Excel Sheet to DMS Department.
• Visually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventory.
• Complete all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Increasing business opportunities through reference generation.
