• Ensure the timely processing of employee’s Iqamas (e.g. Issuance, Renewal, replacement due to loss or damage etc.) upon receipt of requirements, in line with Government regulations and Company Policy and Procedures.
• Upon receipt of request with requirements, ensure the timely processing for Passport Visa (e.g. Exit Re Entry / Final Exit) in line with Government regulations and Company Policy and Procedures.
• Screen and verify all official documents, received within and from outside the department, for distribution to the employee(s) concerned.
• Screen and entertain all incoming visitors / guests who have a valid appointment(s) with department personnel in order to minimize work disruptions to the minimum level.
• Verify the validity of documents, received for approval of the Department Head, with the respective policies and procedures of the other departments (e.g. HR, IT, Purchasing etc.) in order to ensure timely approval and processing of said documents / request.
• Administering attendance & overtime relating to staff.
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary actions.
• Ensure timely leave approval in the SAP as well as necessary requirements.
• Arranging interviews and processing.
• New recruit understanding of company policies and procedures.
