Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and
financial risk management.

Direct trade finance activities, including LCs, SBLCs, bank
guarantees, and receivables financing.
•
Manage strategic banking relationships, facility negotiations,
and credit line structuring.
•
Lead foreign exchange risk management and hedging
strategies.
•
Develop funding strategies to support business growth and
operational requirements.
•
Establish and strengthen treasury policies, internal controls,
and governance frameworks.
•
Oversee cash management operations, banking infrastructure,
and payment systems.
•
Partner with senior management on financing, investment, and
capital structure decisions.
•
Lead treasury transformation initiatives, including ERP and
process optimization projects.

• Overview of daily Cash flow & Managing day to day operation based on
company’s requirements, and cash flow statements (Supplier payment
bills payment, Loan settlement, interest payment, payroll, VAT, new loans)
• Managing all Trade Finance Related Transaction (Letter of Credit, Stand by letter of credit, Bank Guarantee, Receivable Finance, and Invoice Financing)
• Banking facilities review and support the allocation of credit line
• Currency exposure management, proactively manage FX positions through daily monitoring of the Banks FX exposures for both spot and forward deals
• Weekly management report for liquidity management
• Manage relationships with the bank and business partners
• Help setting SOP for business partner to accommodate their needs efficiently and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with business partners to ensure covering the business ordering requirements though out the year
• Managing intercompany loan positions and set up of controls for funds transfers
• Overview of cash management (Signing mandate, accounts opening and closure, accounts update, online accesses, signatories update, POS, deposit cards, credit card (petty Cash card) )
