Responsibility includes Commissioning of various facilities, Facilitating the initiation of projects, Planning process, Consultant selection, Design reviews; Capital Program Process includes conceptual designs, development of scope of works, sustainability issues, and development of project management process and Preparation of IFP Package for procurement of contract
Duty involves planning and implementation of all developmental works in Panchayath Raj institutions, which includes construction of roads various types of buildings, check dams, small bridges etc.
Worked as Maintenance Engineer (Civil) and looked after the maintenance work of a VCM, PVC and POLYSTERENE Plants through manpower supply system
Site in charge for the construction of a high rise bank building having a total area of 260, 000 square feet for FEDERAL BANK LTD, Kerala.
• Design and construction of Aqua culture farms, Hatcheries and Processing plants of international standards.
• Construction of offshore pump house buildings and shore protection works.
• Planning, design and construction of sea water intake system, Feeder and Outlet canals, Sluice gates, Aqueducts, and Siphon etc:.
• Erection and commissioning of imported IQF machine, Flake ice machine, Pumps, Blowers, and Aerators, etc
• Hot and cold insulation works of piping in which lay out supplied by “YORK FRIGOSCANDIA, Japan” and the contractors involved are M/s BLUE STAR & APES, Mumbai India
