Planning, organizing and controlling of warehouse operations.
Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
Setup layout & space management; procedures such as 5S.
Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
Making periodical reports on inventory, IN/OUT status, dead stock, spoilage, returns, monthly consumption, to the manager.
Controlling the stock rotation on the basis of FIFO, FEFO & LIFO
Follow up ERP program with actual activities.
Make sure that all warehouse areas are hygienic and tidy.
Cooperate with accounts to get accurate warehouse stock taking and help in interpreting the variances through the manager.
Follow up & and control daily absence and over time.
