Direct and integrate Project activities. Create and implement strategies for Project Management and manage the Full Spectrum of Project direction. Prepare Revenue Forecasts and drive the teams to achieve the monthly Revenue targets. Ensure Timely submission and approval of Payment Applications, control the Unbilled Revenue and assist in collection of monies. Ensure regular follow ups with Clients to obtain repeated projects for the organisation.

Manage Planning, Executing, Testing & Commissioning and Handing Over of MEP Services. Lead a strong team of Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and execute the projects in compliance with Contract Specifications and Documents. Drive Projects to completion, through effective Project Planning, Leadership and hands on participation.

Manage Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MEP Services. Plan Day to day activities, in line with Project program. Execute the works with the allocated resources and complete the projects on time and within Project Budget.

Manage Electrical installations at site. Prepare Quantity Take Of for Electrical Materials and Equipment. Prepare Method Statements, Material submittals in compliance with Project specifications and Local regulations. Manage Testing of Electrical Equipment.
