• Cataloging for 2-year equipment’s spare parts at SABIC PEMTO cataloging tool.
• Review and approve new material creation requests for capital/stock/non-stock items raised thru MDRM system by plant end users.
• Cataloguing complying with SABIC inventory stocking policy procedure by choosing correct material types, inventory parameters etc.
• Identified, merged and rationalized duplicated coding or identical/ interchangeable items with different codes.
• Detailed Inspection of spare parts received at the warehouse, to obtain additional/improved descriptions and latest Part Numbers.
• Communicate with vendor/equipment supplier if any discrepancy encountered.
• Review of Spare Parts interchangeability Record (SPIR) and Creation of Bill of Material.
• Creation of Maintenance Task by referring manufactures’ literature. .

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing of Spare Part Data Packages for completeness of information required for cataloguing.
• Read engineering drawings, documents, manual etc. to identify and list equipment.
• Review the documents and identify the discrepancy if any.
• Identify the missing documents and collect it from the responsible source.
• Identify the spares required for each equipment.
• Communicate to vendor/PMT to collect the missing data & documents.
• Review and ratify Spares data, Bill of Material for equipment, Inventory parameter and procurement parameter.
• Catalogue the equipment & spares by compiling the collected technical & manufacturer details as per Noun Modifier structure.
• Update the data into in to the system.
• Maintain the documents, reports, records.
• Carry out Duplicate Resolution by physically checking the materials.
• Visit plant for verifying the equipment and collect the missing data if required.
• Onsite training for client (KJO) on MDRM and MDAM tool.

• Creating and maintaining corporate master catalogue data for materials/services in accordance with International standard and e-commerce applications.
• Adhere SABIC cataloguing guidelines to have one unified Material Master Database on a Global approach.
• Maintain consistency in data across SABIC affiliates in order to facilitate spend analysis and leveraging strategies.
• Performing identical items resolution process across SABIC affiliates; to aggregate buying volumes by removing affiliates boundaries which result economic benefit.
• On line Cataloguing of materials for corporate mega and expansion project’s two years spares as per SABIC Standards.
• Performing Quality Check for corporate master catalogue data for materials/services submitted by Material Engineer/Cataloguer.
• Resolving technical Evaluation by reviewing the vendor offer when it is too complex for the Buyer to determine whether it is technically acceptable or conform to our customer requirements.
• Maintaining SAP in tables for field value to update Area Planner Code (APC).
• Transferring Area Planner Codes (APC) from external material group field in SAP basic data to customized ZMM054 table.
• Attended training sessions for Cataloguers and Quality Controllers.
• Attended training on Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
