Update everyday sales forecast and achieved targets by sales performance in excel and in chart.
Sales Responsibilities:
Presenting value proposition to clients via competitor and feasibility analysis.
Acquiring and attaining new businesses on daily basis.
Update everyday sales forecast.
Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
Establish and build relationships with key decision makers in all departments.
Incentive planning for existing and future clients based on corporate needs.

IT Responsibilities:
Configuring DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN.
Installing Security systems, CCTV with POE and Also without POE and also IP Cameras
Repair and installation hardware, software and servers.
Installing and configuration of all switches, Patch panels, Firewall switches, Servers, Routers, Modems, UPS systems, PBX system, IP Phones, Analog phones and Door Phones with Door Locks.
Installation of NEC system, All Nortal systems, All Panasonic systems and all Lohuis networks systems.
Installation and maintenance of Desktops, Laptops of Any Brand and assembled series.
Setting up Windows2000 professional and Windows XP Professional as Network client operating systems.
Sales Responsibilities:
All sales visits.
Prepare plans for customers on big projects.
Make every day sales forecast for sales by calling up to 10 customers.
Follow up proactively on all quotations submitted by sales support with telephone, emails & visit.
Prepare and submit weekly call planner.
Prepare and submit weekly call activity report - Minimum 5 visits per day.
Prepare and submit updated prospect list weekly.
Each to be allocated sales territory with existing customer list for maintenance.
