REPONSIBILITIES, HSE FOLLOW-UP & REPORTING.
•esponsible for implement and maintain the HSE Management Processes across the projects, complying with all applicable requirements to the HSE performance, improvement aspects and tools across assigned for HSE function includes, monitoring, communication and continual improvement.Follow up of Client procedures and compliance safety culture, accomplish the client requirements.

•Liaises with the Workplace Safety Manager and Head of Safety on HSE performance issues to align with targets and client requirements.
•Facilitates the implementation of company HSEMS and regularly monitors the effectiveness within projects.
•Inspects and evaluates workplace environments, equipment, and practices for compliance with corporate safety standards
•Implements workplace processes and procedures that help protect workers from potentially hazardous work conditions. Conducts inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks in project operational activities and site supervisors, JPs and line managers with respect to corrective and preventative measures.
•Capable to motivate, as well as monitor the multi-cultural workforce
•Analyze and prepare project Monthly reports as client requirements.
•Coordinate and participate in site HSE Committee meetings and be able to coordinate the contractors HSE activity at site
•Coordinates emergency/ fire evacuation drills and monitors the condition of the fire emergency equipment.
•Monitor the project critical activities, lifting operation for pipeline and piping, flare pipe racks at brown and green fields.
•To Maintain Action Tracker Register for daily basis observations and follow-up for closeout to EPCs. Prepared the HSE Monthly Reports/Statistics submit to client and review the EPC HSE documentation and observed SIMOPS operation as well.
•Evaluation TRA on various tasks & ensure Safe working for heavy/light equipment’s Installation, welding, erecting of structure, Scaffolding/ working at height 100% tie-off, lifting operation, mechanical and manual excavation within the brown fields and green fields too, under /above ground piping and pipeline lowering as well, to review the risk assessments and provide improvement recommendations
•Monitor EPC Heat Stress Management Program Implementations during summer season, advised prevention/mitigation during work in high temperature and humidity, conduct the special training and discussed in TBT for heat stress prevention program, display related signage’s & pigment flags at work site based on heat index (Humidox), Ensure the accessibility of rest shelters, provide the electrolyte, cold drinking water to employees and follow up the rest period as local government policy. At ADNOC follow-up and monitor the TWL System as well.
