MY RESPONSIBILITY IS TO MANAGE THE DAY TO DAY OPERATION AND TO ALLOCATE THE STAFF I HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM PROPER TRAINING'S. ATTENDING MANAGEMENT MEETING MAKING DAILY WEEKLY MONTHLY REPORTS, DAILY INSPECTIONS AND LOCATIONS VISIT. COAST CONTROL, STORE INSPECTIONS, MAKING STAFFS EVALUATIONS REPORTS.AND MEETING WITH CLIENTS ALSO INSURE TO MAKE CLIENT SATISFACTION. IT IS MY DUTY TO ENSURE THE STAFF SAFETY AND SECURITY TO STAFF ACCOMMODATIONS AND MAKING REPORTS. I HAVE TO COOPERATE WITH ALL OTHER DEPARTMENTS FOR THE SMOOTH DAY TO DAY OPERATION .I HAVE TO PLAN STAFF VACATIONS, MONTHLY TIME SHEET DOCUMENTATIONS.
SSLC PASSED ,HOLDING BACHELOR OF ARTS CERTIFICATION HOLDING ARABIC RELATED CERTIFICATION FROM UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT
