- Identify resource needs to meet production demand and inform Shop operations manager.
- Lead productivity projects to reduce cost and cycle time.
- Maintain a constant understanding of the status of Production work, to ensure resources are correctly allocated.
- Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem solving.
- Establish and maintain coordination with component leaders, design, repair engineering and also vendors to ensure production fulfillment.
Training with Saudi Telecom Company (STC) for ten weeks were spent in different departments in STC as follow:
