- Lead productivity projects to reduce cost and cycle time.
- Maintain a constant understanding of the status of Production work, to ensure resources are correctly allocated.
- Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem solving.
- Establish and maintain coordination with component leaders, design, repair engineering and also vendors to ensure production fulfillment.
