* Evaluation of bided tenders and reporting of each tender with the advantages and
disadvantages of each tender.
* Reviewing of Client’s - Contractor’s contract and providing legal recommendations.
* Conducting periodic/weekly meetings on site.
* Coordination of works among all parties (client, contractor and suppliers) to assure the
project completion as per the contractual time line.
* Assessing the impact of variation orders on the project timeline and cost and providing the
client with approval recommendation.
