•Perform day to day financial transactions.
•Assist in developing, amending and implementing, all relevant financial policies and procedures.

•Record fixed asset acquisitions, track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts in the accounting system, review and update the schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation, and prepare monthly company expenditures on fixed assets report.
•Analyze all prepaid expenses and record monthly expense.
•Assisted the finance manager with the production of the monthly and yearly financials, management reports and closing.
•Maintain Petty Cash and work and salary advances.
