I was responsible for developing both brand assets and enforcing established standards my job consists of planning, developing and directing marketing efforts for a the brand, supervise the content and function. Country & fair visited for buying are: china, Hong Kong, India, Thailand, and Korea
Bed & Bath it is specialized in home accessories i was having 2 mega stores with an average space of 900 square meters with an margin of 68% with an 18 employee.
For ZERGA I was Responsible for 15 retail stores with an average space of 60 m. and another 2 stores one in Dubai and in Egypt .
With an margin of 75% & with an 35 employee under my supervision.

Operations:
- Motivate and guide the Sales on how to professionally sell, cross sell, up sell, push slow-moving items and improve their overall performance
- Perform the training of the staff for new trends, brands & its history as well as inform them of all promotional events and activities related to the brand .
-Monitor stock levels at various branches and assists in reallocating merchandises according to sales statistic and consumer demand for buying
-Study customer demand by preparing, reviewing & analyzing various reports on the sales, size, quantity, year versus year, profits, losses;
-Maintain the profitability of the brand by visiting shops regularly and following up on brand conditions
-Follow up with retail or store manager on the sales target for the store, follow up on sales reports and ensures targets are reached
Visit the stores regularly to ensure that all quality an operational standards (ambiance, display, staff appearance and attitude) in the store are maintained and in line with the company’s expectations
Visual Merchandising:
- Represent and reinforce the strategy and brand through maintaining the highest standards in Visual Merchandising and Customer service.
-Determine a layout of store merchandise that is visually appealing to consumers.
-Instruct the store's management and employees on how to maintain the design with the arrival of new merchandise and teaching the store's employees on how to optimize space for special events, such as in-store discount sales.
COMMERCIAL:
-Communicate regularly with suppliers to track orders and follow up on shipments (Discounts, payment, and shipment terms)
-Negotiate basic terms of contract after placing orders (discounts, payment, and shipment terms)
-Check and follow up on order confirmations, prices and delivery dates
Follow up on all shipments, claims, after-sales claims, damaged items and credit notes
-Setting sales targets for the stores
-Developing seasonal marketing, promotional and markdown plans
-Allocating prices, margins and markdowns planning & implementing: Sourcing for new locations in order to expand & increase brand awareness. Resourcing new designers for the market
