-Ensure the filing system as per ACE and UTC policies and procedure is maintained and up to date and Ensure protection and security of files and records.
-Assist HR department with staff requirements.
-Ensure the required marketing activities are accomplished and participate in all events and products launches organized by Marketing.
-Plan and organize company's events and meetings.
-Handling the branding and the internal/external communications
