1. Lead and manage the operational teams of Airfreight, Ocean Freight, Trucking, Customs Clearance and Insurance.
2. Responsible to establish operational excellence that delivers leading-edge service standards
3. Responsible to break down silo thinking, and improve cooperation and business flow between the current operational departments
4. Responsible to set priorities and over-all policies for the operational departments to streamline operations.
5. In charge of operational efficiency and productivity KPIs, as well as team staffing and development.
6. Spear-head cost-reduction initiatives and assess their impact on the business
7. Work with the operational department heads to develop new services, and ensure aggressive expansion of capabilities, in-line with business growth and market demands.

2. Get Special sea freight & airfreight rate from shipping Lines, airlines, & agents.
3. Give Quotation and following it till taking orders.
4. Following Sea freight & Airfreight shipments till its Arrival.
5. Prepare documents reference to client shipping instructions and issuing D/O
6. Prepare Custom Clearance documents and follow Shipment with Brokers till its arrival to client Warehouse.
7. Prepare Form 4 before shipment arrival.
8. Try to solve any problems may occur for our clients
