As a project manager at Reach International, I became a co-founder of Cazamoda and handled the entire online setup for this e-commerce project. As a startup professional I have built a team of marketing strategists, front-end developers, magento experts, designers, content managers, customer service executives, photographers…
Built an extensive market research on E-commerce in this region and followed successful modules to implement on Cazamoda. As an e-commerce manager i was involved in all online stages and relationship building with other parties such as Banks and Couriers.
Worked closely with developers to assure a solid platform that could serve according to user interface and customers demand.
Also worked on a content management system that is based on campaigns and market demand.
Side by side with the operations team I was able to keep a flow of work that coordinates with inventory details and online services.
After launching, my task has been concentrated on analysis and decision making solutions according to results and users interaction with Cazamoda. I have planned and executed result oriented marketing plans and focused on SEO, PPC, Facebook Advertising, Generating Leads, Affiliate networks, Retargeting methods, A/B testing...
As a creative director, I have designed and branded Cazamoda based on specific and niche objectives. (Company Branding, Website template design, Banner Designs, Landing Pages, Campaigns...)
