Part-time Tutor
• Responsible in teaching the student specifically in Math and English
• Assist the student in their Homework
• Providing students with academic support during assigned hours
• Developing academic materials and lessons relevant to the coursework
• To work one-on-one with students or groups of students to teach and guide them through homework assignments and test preparation.
• Keep records of students' progress, administer practice tests and assessments
• Assign practice work for students to complete
• Maintains Log books/ sheets for document changes
• Strictly follows the control of documents and control of records procedures.
• Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System
• Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
• Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client’s documentation requirements.
• Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects
• Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard
• Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the projects
• Responsible to organized, Maintain and secured all the client files.
• Responsible to create a filing system includes clients and projects database that supports efficient information
• Responsible to prepare, handle, receive, deliver and track all the clients projects documentations
• completely labeled, updated and filed properly
• Manage the weekly agenda and arrange new meetings
• Draft Minutes of Meetings and handle Correspondence on day to day basis
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
• Manage Ticket Booking of the Employee and Labor.
Business Analyst
-Participates in Business Process Modeling sessions, acting as a documentarian, co-facilitator, facilitator or subject matter expert in sketch sessions.
-Makes recommendation for the improvement of the process or systems.
-Conducts interviews and performs analysis in order to create Business cases for projects.
-Participates in Business Process Management group efforts to collect the analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group
-Documents findings of studies and implements new systems or procedures based on those research & findings.
-Enhance own development by taking responsibility of staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge.
-Contribute to the learning environment by identifying areas where there is potential for learning and building knowledge with others.
