Event Planning & Operations:
Lead, manage and drive successfully the planning and execution of the entire life-cycle of Dubai HeliConference & Dubai HeliShow events
Monitors and assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed Set up timelines and production planning for each event with clearly defined timelines

Exhibition Operations:
Took the lead in ensuring all information pertaining to the exhibitor manual is collated Developed and maintained the event budget tracker, which ensured budgetary parameters were adhered to
Ensured effective and meaningful communications with all suppliers
Coordinating with the show team to ensure all sponsor deliverables have been fulfilled i.e., sponsored items, banners, flags etc.
Liaising with the marketing team and the designer to update all event signage
Applying for the necessary permits to run the show - DTCM event permits, event barcodes and RTA road signage permits
Placing orders for organiser, show feature and conference room requirements with the venue as well as the official contractor within the set deadlines
Managing the team to ensure all organiser office requirements, furniture, telecoms and catering orders are placed
Onsite management (during build, show days and breakdown) and coordination between the show team, official contractors, exhibitors and their respective contractors

Conference Operations:
Taking charge of all logistic requirements for assigned conferences Liasing with the venue and all other suppliers
Collecting all conference information and providing input on conference documentation Handling the assigned conference budget and costs
Supervising and managing delegate and speaker registration on the day of the event Communicating all conference related information to other individuals/departments involved in the assigned event

Sales and Negotiation:
Oversee local & international sponsorship/exhibition space sales to potential exhibitors/partners/sponsors
Develops a business plan and sales strategy ensuring sales and profitability targets are met Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
