• Preparing daily activity & Progress report and Review Shop drawing, Technical Query & Materials submittal for approval.
• Taking photographs of the activities at site and attached daily activity report;
• Reviews and approves inspection request forms submitted by the Contractor, indicate the relative action;
• Performs inspections in process and completed installations in accordance with applicable contract documents, approved submittals and quality control inspection instruction;
• Reviews the approved method statement of the Contractor and ensure its actual application on site;
• Checking & Inspect Electrical work of the contractor in daily basis as per approved shop drawing approved material submittal and project specification;
• Maintain a non-compliance register and ensure Contractors perform remedial works;
• Attending internal and preparatory meeting;
• Attending weekly site meeting;
• Attending inspection with the contractor.
• Evaluates the work process and maintain the required quality;
• Ensures that the materials used in construction are complied with the approved submittals and samples;
• Ensures that Contractors comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design and workmanship standards;
• Monitors and report project progress against the agreed program;
• Identify conflicts between the design requirements and/or existing conditions that may require a clarification or change;
• Ensure Contractor compliance with Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations;
• Assist in preparing monthly progress report;
• Assist in reviewing variation orders for any change or addition;
• Evaluate the existing electrical system on site and recommend upgrading or replacement;
• Assure that all testing equipment’s are accurate and functional according to a test certificate and they are maintained and comply against standard specification.
• Witness and approving the testing & commissioning of various systems during the preliminary hand-over;
• Assist the client in preparing required application forms for electrical power supply and low current system etc.;
• Prepare list of deficiencies for preliminary hand-over;
• Review as-built drawings, operational and maintenance manuals for various equipment and systems;
• Assist PM/RE in checking final payment certificate and in final hand-over of the project.

• Managing for initiating Electrical Materials & works Inspection requests as per the Approved QA/QC plan onsite and following up with consultant for approval of the same. Highlighting deviances in installation from approved shop drawings / specifications to site engineers. Raising of inspections and closure of NCRs and maintaining logs for the same;
• Preparation of Methods of Statement and Inspection Test Plan;
• Adherence to Site Specific Quality Assurance Plan;
• Ensuring compliance to site specific Quality plan and ISO 9001(Quality Management System);
• Implementation of All Electrical System method statement / ITP and installation checklists;
• Managing inspections on installation of all electrical works in line with construction schedule to Electrical Inspectors Team;
• Issuance of inspection snags raised by consultant to site team to ensure approval of raised inspection requests;
• Closure of NCRs;
• Issuance of action points to close non-conformance to site team to ensure closure of the same;
• Closeout documentation;
• Compilation of As -built / Warranty certificates / Manufacturers data sheets / Commissioning reports etc.;
• Preparation of O &M manuals;
• Compilation of client snags and coordinating for closeout of the same;
• Reporting o Maintenance of ITP/ MS/ ITR and NCR logs updated and given to Planning engineer every week;

 Supervising operation and maintenance of electrical standard system.
 Supervising operating and maintaining control safety system and follow up subcontractor in executing maintenance works test and reprogramming works.
 Installation, operation and maintaining of all Low Current System.(MATV, CCTV, FIREALARM.ACCESSCONTROL, NURSECALL, BMS, UPS, PUBLICADDRESS, AUDIO VISUAL DATA/TELEPHONE AND INTERCOM SYSTEM) etc.
