Supervise all over the factory’s parameters and all recorded data’s from the log books.
Monitoring the quality of raw materials, ingredients and final products.
Prepare chemicals (reagents), daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the factory.
Calibrate all of the laboratory equipment’s and provide technical assistance for any concerned.
Provide technical assistance for any concerned supervisor.
theoretical background on Industrial chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, instrumental chemistry, Environmental and toxicological Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, surface chemistry and etc. I have developed basic knowledge on spectroscopy (atomic absorption, atomic emission, IR, UV-Vis etc), Refractometer(determination of brix) , saccharometer(determination of pol) , etc. Basically all of the organic chemistry courses are mandatory for me in addition to the industry base.
