Responsible for Planning & deployment and coverage verification of Outdoor Small Cells across the Rajasthan circle to fill the coverage holes in India’s largest LTE TDD network rollout.
•Responsible for the Architecture, Validation and deployment of all Small Cells technologies in RIL including residential, enterprise, Outdoor and Indoor (LTE/Wi-Fi) Small Cells.
•Sync with the business team for planning Indoor Small Cells as per the priority buildings.
•Lead & Supervise the team of JC Engineer & Integrated Access Network Lead for Small Cells planning and deployment.
•Analyze customer complaints & take necessary actions to resolve.
•Indoor Small Cell planning through Ibwave tool and run the prediction for analyzing coverage plots.
•Capacity management, Site Optimization and performance monitoring during deployment.
•Site acceptance & QA. Handover to operations.
•Vendor/ Solution Partner Management.
•Site Selection for Radio Network Design & Transmission Network Design, which includes for New towns, Market Filling & Capacity Sites for both Indoor & Outdoor Small Cells.
•Coordinating with key players to manage overall network deployment.
•Planning of new MICRO cell using JCP cell planner and generating prediction plots.
•Validation of RF reports for Micro cells (Site Location, Antenna Height, Azimuth, and Tilt etc.)
•Planning of new cells in the network using tools like MAP INFO, GOOGLE EARTH & JCP and get the DT logs so that coverage gaps are reduced to minimum.
•Management of all Civil, Electrical work at Indoor and Outdoor Small Cell sites.
•Responsible for CAPEX & OPEX calculation & minimizing the cost.
•Basic knowledge of FTTH.
•Follow up with Optical Fiber/ Backhaul teams to make site On-Air.
•Manpower mobilization as per Roll-out requirements.
•Oversee trouble shooting & support at the field level.
•Conduct Periodic performance reviews with O&M team to Support Organization and initiate improvement actions wherever required.
•Tracking, monitoring & improvement of network stability.

Responsibilities & Duties:
•Conducting DAS/ IBS Site survey, planning through Ibwave, Installation of IBS, maintain network Quality.
•Checking Survey Report, Installation Report & Link Budget calculations for the proper implementation of the network solution.
•BOQ generation and sending it to client for material dispatch.
•Coordinating with installation team and follow-ups, Report Generation.
•Vendor management.
•Extensive experience of handling and execution of projects in Regions-Rajasthan, UP East, Haryana, and Punjab & HP, West Bengal & Overseas.
•Complaints Resolution (Call Drop analysis, coverage improvements).
•Manage the customer’s expectations and perception of company’s delivery related to SLA in order to ensure excellent Satisfaction.
•Manpower mobilization as per project Roll-out requirements.
•Tracking, monitoring & improvement of network stability.
