activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budge, . Manage business activities focusing on
financial and strategic growth of the firm. Create new marketing strategies and monitor QA and QC measures. Build
Office Management :Public relation Government affairs, Admin, Operation, HR.
Audit and Corporate Tax compliance, Consultant, Advisory, Payroll Tax & Social Security compliance.
• Audits financial records to define tax liability.
• Audit - converting IFRS reports to Iraqi charts.
• Audit - reviews information gathered from taxpayer, like material assets, income, surpluses, liabilities plus expenditures.
• Audit - inventory counting yearend.
• Handling the payroll calculation by monthly bases for the Social Security due to Iraqi labor law and the Social Security instructions in order to issue the monthly SS report & pay the correct contributions by monthly bases.
• Handling the payroll calculation by monthly bases for the PIT “ Payroll tax “ due to Iraqi labor law & Iraqi Tax law in order to issue the Quarterly payroll tax report & pay the correct payroll tax for the four quarters & submitting the payroll tax yearend report to the tax authority.
• Handling Auditing the IFRS - TB along with the local CPA in order to issue the yearend financial statement.
• Verify net worth or reported financial status identify potential tax issues.
• Analyzes issues for defining nature, scope and additionally direction of investigation required.
• Financial analyze, responsible for timely preparation and filing of all domestic federal, state & local income and franchise tax returns. Responsible for timely and appropriate response to all income tax related notices.

• Support the client in all federal and state income tax aspects of the company’s financial statements,

• Ensure that all tax work performed is in compliance with standards and controls established to meet the requirements of Iraqi Tax Law and instructions.
• Represent the company in all income and franchise tax audits, and respond in timely manner to all income tax related notices.
• Develops as well as evaluates evidence of taxpayer finances to define tax liability, using knowledge of interest plus discount, annuities, valuation of stocks bonds, sinking funds, and also amortization valuation of delectable assets.
• Prepares written explanation of findings to notify taxpayer of tax liability.
• Processing, tracking and paying invoices related to tax and consulting projects.
• Handling the tax assessment issues at the GCT & LTP.
• Handling issue the tax clearance for the client.
