Project activity planning based on contractual scope - 16000MT Steel, 10000 MT Mechanical Equipments, 126km piping, 4km conveyors), developing the project baseline schedule, Earned Value Management, generating micro-plans for brownfield shutdown activities, revising the plans based on variation orders, monitoring schedule activities (5200 activites) providing weekly and monthly update of project progress, generating weekly & monthly forecasts, providing lookahead schedules, performing delay analysis for EOT claims.
Project: MMRCL Line 2A Project (Package AC-01 Dahisar - Kamraj Nagar)
Preparing construction schedules, resource schedules, yard casting schdules, coordinating between design fabrication & construction, monitoring critical activities, providing weekly and monthly forecasts, Earned Value Management, generating weekly, monthly & quaterly lookahead schedules.
