• Planning and rescheduling resources as necessary to ensure smooth working and coordination with the contractor and other sub-contractors.
• Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of the project schedules.
• Perform regular analysis of the project schedule trends and evaluate team reports.
• Preparation and submission of Monthly Invoice with the backups.
• Reviews and approves invoice verification for the Sub- Contractor’s payments.
• Prepare a detailed 3-Week look ahead on a weekly basis to show the planned activities area wise.
• Prepare internal reports and contractual obligation reports on weekly basis.
• To identify the variations in the scope of work and to support the management to obtain Variation work order.
• To analysis project expenses and to support the management during the mobilization and de mobilization periods.
• To conduct daily, weekly monthly meetings with the construction team as well as with the managements and to prepare the minutes thus to support the team to come into action.

• Preparation and submission of Monthly Invoice and Variations with backups.
• Preparation/ updations of Schedule, Progressive Measurement Sheets, Planning Package etc.
• Project Productivity Analysis and to carrying out Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
• Develop systems and procedures for Project control functions on the onset of the
project and when there are additional requirements from the client in order to facilitate the process of project monitoring.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and reports.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Developing productivity norms using historical data and analyzing the lessons learned for future projects reference.
• Development & maintenance of Planning package which includes Level 1 to Level 4 schedules, Resource Loading, Histograms and Progressive curves.
• Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and
structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
• Ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Preparing/ Update Tender Schedules and estimation sheets.

• Development & maintenance of Planning package which includes Level 1 to Level 4 schedules, Resource Loading, Histograms and Progressive curves
• Project Reporting's (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Management reports etc.)
• Collection and verification of all required data, including undertaking associated Site visits/surveys and monitoring of the site progress against the project schedule & forecast schedule with ADCO and implementing all the required changes.
• Project execution, dealing with clients for necessary approvals and deviations.
• Review the status continuously and keep VP (Operations) apprised of the progress and
the areas needing attention for schedule adherence.
• Procurement & Construction Invoicing backup submissions.
• Daily work allocation and manpower deployment as per the schedule/ priority and work permits.
• Monitoring weekly schedule & look ahead plans.
• Allocate manpower, equipment etc. as per day today job requirement.
• Preparation of Monthly invoice as per Quantity Survey.
• Project execution, dealing with clients for necessary approvals and deviations.
• Coordination with Procurement, stores etc.

•Qualification of material: Design, fabrication & qualification of test fixtures by cost effective methods for mechanical & performance test of fasteners and Continuous Quality Improvement.
•Designing, Indigenization and Productionization of aerospace Fasteners qualification through various machining process (EDM, Heat Treatment Furnaces, Abrasive Jet Cutting, CNC, Lathe, Etc.).
•Realizing aerospace quality fasteners required for satellites & launch vehicle applications of Indian Space Programme.
•Conducting/ Arranging weekly meetings and arranging materials for aerospace testing

•Supervision in fabrication of different size of pipes (C.S, S.S, Alloy Steel), structures, erection of spools, piping supports, different types of valves, installation of different types of piping components.
•Supervision in maintenance and overhauling of various equipment viz. Centrifugal pumps, Turbine pumps, Blowers, Ring & Screw Compressors, reciprocating air compressors, Conveyors, Rail guided Cranes etc.
•Reporting daily site activities to the management
