•Tracking performance review, self-assessment, request for a new role, IJP approving them on WORKDAY talent management online tool on behalf of Country Head.
•Travel management for Country Head & Expat Visitors & confirm bookings on CONCUR Online Corporate travel booking tool.
•Tracking Opportunities, Sales Orders & approve requisition of sales orders online on Oracle SIEBEL CRM Integration Tool
•Responsible for Online Contract renewal on GRANT for contractual employees
•Submit Country head Expense report & approve expense reports for the team.
•Monitor performance review, self-assessment, request for a new role, IJP for the entire team & approving them on Workday talent management online tool

Ensure that terminal & Commercial services provided in the terminal operates adhering to safety & provided standards.
•Monitor terminal operations, coordinate with Terminal operation manager to resolve issues on an immediate basis if any or escalate to concern department.
•Surprise Audits in Leading Commercial outlets & DSF outlets in the new T2 terminal to ensure they operate as per provided standards.
•Monitor operations at Checkin, Boarding, Arrival Areas &Ramp Handling to ensure maintain the highest customer service standards
•Audits at F&B outlets to ensure they maintain highest safety & Hygiene standards.
•Conduct live survey with international commuters about experience on the new T2 terminals and get there feedback for their experience at the new T2 terminal and to find out an area of improvement if any.
•Compile, summarize, analyze data from the conducted survey, and conclude with necessary actions required.
•Coordinating with External contractors and monitor that they provide their service as per the agreed terms
•Coordinate with sub-contractors to make necessary arrangements for events to be conducted at the terminal (LED installations, Live Projections) during Football world Cup and other cultural events.
Manage, assist, Coordinate and Communicate with our global clients, principals, international suppliers and other mediators or contractors to ensure smooth executions for ongoing projects for both the companies.
•Sole point of contact for all global clients, contractor and dealers, also responsible for correspondence with all the departments on behalf of Managing Partner.
