Role:
• Coordinate with all departments for smooth materials movement as per schedule. (At Head Office)
• Handling supply chain activities from factory to customer end for 7 branches across India.
• Vendor development to minimize the cost of freight.
• Periodic review of debtors outstanding and followup with branch managers.
• Preparing monthly reports and presentation for directors
for store activities of XUV 500 / KUV 100 production plant.
•Managing Manpower of around 232 including 32 permanent with 100 on contract basis and rest of associates
•Taking care of inventory amounted to 50 Cr including Receiving, storage and line feeding activities.

Inventory
Role:
•Responsible for delivering 100% physical inventory at 30 Nissan parts outlets (Stores) across Oman
•Resolving the stock discrepancies in SAP after getting approval from the management
•Overseeing SIT (Stock In Transit) to ensure that all Nissan vehicle spare parts like brake pad, oil filter, shock absorber, clutch disc, spark plug, pump assembly, mirror assembly, bumper set, tyres, batteries, accessories, etc. are delivered timely to the customers
•Interacting with different members of the branches to close SED claims (shortage, excess & damage)
•Coordinating with the different branches for preparing perpetual inventory reports
•Checking the monthly aging report of all branches and ensuring that the old age materials are moved to central hub for controlling the inventory value
•Organizing trainings on:
•SOP-receiving, storing & dispatch for the team members to reduce manual errors
•SAP for warehouse operations
Highlights:
•Merit of receiving Excellent Performance for developing location matrix in 30 warehouses across Oman
•Steered efforts in settlement of pending claims with the help of excess found materials within branches
Warehouse & Store
Role:
•Managed more than 900 SKUs in warehouse including tractor spare parts (casting and tyres)
•Implemented systems & procedures for effective inventory control and ensured that materials were available to meet the production targets
•Deployed manpower as per the requirement of tractor production plan

•MIS including TAT, WMS and KANBAN and pickup plan
