Responsibilities:

1) Performing purchase and procurement for the company by finding the appropriate vendors
and negotiating the purchase.
2) Synchronize and coordinate works and activities with all other Sections and Departments.
Moreover, arranging the delivery of purchases in a cost effective way.
3) Handling warehouse petty cash and unloading cash
4) Take inventory of stock, maintain a stock register and store parts in stock rooms according
to prearranged systems.
5) Submit quote requests for getting work approval & payment approval via emails from
managing director and finance manager for every department including Admin team,
Asset management team, logistics team and IT department.
5) Monitoring of minimum stock level especially in the logistics area & total Inventory
Management.
6) Assisting logistics department by checking all correspondences with suppliers for repair parts
or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.
7) Check all tenders and purchase order documents' specifications for spare parts, materials, equipment, and technical services.
8) Maintaining records of all purchases and invoices.


Achievements:

1) Generated revenue of INR.3.25 lakhs & contributed to companie's profit through waste management.
2) Featured as performer of the month two times over 2 years for coordinating and managing bulk purchases worth INR.43 lakh and INR 32 lakh.
3) Succeeded in minimizing the company fleet maintenance cost about 6 percent.
4) Reduction in the idle days of company's faulty machines and vehicles.
