Responsibilities
• Managing a Base of Business Banking Clients (SMEs and Corporates)
• Overall responsibility towards Business, Servicing and Compliance
• Driving a sales team for acquisitions
• Deliverables include Liabilities, Foreign Exchange Income, Trade Income and Acquisitions
• Recipient of the CEO’s award for top performance across all units in the bank
• Managing the Priority Banking Centre for the Green Community Branch / Customer’s belonging to Priority Banking, New Dubai Area. (SME and HNI relationships)
• Generating business from new and existing HNI relationships to achieve Investments, Banc assurance, AUM, Revenue and liability targets.
• Deliverables include Investments and Banc assurance revenue, CASA & FD (Net Interest Income), Forex income, Fee Income, New relationships,
• Structuring Portfolios of individual clients ensuring a proper mix of various asset classes in proportion to the client’s interest and risk aptitude.
• Offer outstanding service to clients, proactively managing the portfolio and provide investment advice to clients in accordance with the bank’s Wealth Management and Group procedures and to the highest professional standards.
Responsibilities
• Acquiring & Managing "Premier Banking" relationships of NRI division in UAE
• Deepening the book of AUM and FUM of “Premier Clients”
• Financial / Investment planning (Wealth Management) for "Premier Clients"
• Achieving revenue/deposit targets & Cross Selling of Indian / offshore investment products.
• Managing and co-ordinating with service team
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall management of a team of operations executives supporting
transactions for the Citigroup Private Bank, US
• Managing the Work Flow of the unit to ensure Accuracy and Turn around time limits
• Conducting weekly team meetings to review quality and team productivity
• Handling Quarterly Internal audits and Continuity of Business (COB) planning
• Capacity planning for estimation of resource requirements.
• Employees’ Performance Appraisals and Goal Setting for the subsequent performance
cycle.
