OUTLINE OF JOB ROLE
• Identifying and establishing contracts with suppliers for local and international brands
• Ofering products to OnCost Cash & Carry, Baqals, Delivery service, IFA group of companies and HoReCa business (Lorenzo, Tiger Tiger, Ora, Seasons etc).
• Category management and promotion planning,
• Market survey and competitive price maintenance,
• Category budgeting, implementing and monitoring appropriate buying procedures,
• Import and private label management,
• Authorizing and monitoring of purchase orders,
• Attending events and trade fairs to have new innovative assortment and opportunities,
• Monitoring competitor activities and always vigilant about the market,
• Profitability analysis, inventory control and contributing to the purchase, marketing policy and group business.
• Lead the E-Commerce product assortment and pricing strategy.
JOB SUMMARY: Oversee the selection, procurement, and management of product categories within the store. Analyze market trends, manage supplier relationships, and optimize product assortments to drive sales and maximize profitability. Ensure that the store ofers a diverse and appealing range of products while maintaining competitive pricing and meeting customer demands. Additionally, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, manage inventory levels, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
