of company requirements with design vision.

with consultants to meet master schedules while enhancing aesthetics and cost efficiency.
3. Addressed site-level issues by creating a collaborative loop between consultants (architecture,
interiors, services, kitchens, etc.) and internal departments to deliver effective, practical
solutions.
4. Partnered with purchase and operations teams to finalize materials, ensuring compliance with
design intent, budget, and project timelines. Obtained operator approvals at schematic and
detailed design stages.
5. Finalized FF&E specifications with architects and coordinated with procurement to source
products meeting company standards and design requirements.
6. Supported contracts team in preparing work orders aligned with design specifications and
quantities.
7. Conducted frequent site visits to monitor adherence to design standards, resolve site
generated challenges, and maintain design integrity.
8. Inspected vendor workshops pre- and post-appointment to ensure product quality, durability,
and alignment with specifications.
