Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for mobilization of tools, hydraulic equipment and machine as per job requirement of various different sites in Qatar and other bases of Hydratight throughout globe.
• Overall management of workshop in maintenance of all hydraulic equipment and machines and making sure they ready to use at site as per site requirement.
• Making sure the location status of all the equipment is up-to date on Oracle and is track-able.
• Making sure minimum stock level of spares is maintained in workshop.
• Preparing necessary export documents needed for mobilizing the tools and equipment to other bases across globe.

My responsibility includes, Contacting suppliers and preparation of quotation, Assistance to procurement team, Preparing marketing plans. Preparing brochure and presentation for the customer.

My responsibilities included contacting a potential customer from social networking sites and leads provided by the company using emails and cold calling, setting up a meeting, making a presentation, getting the RFP (request for proposal), processing RFP, sending the proposal/quotation, negotiations as per budget, sending the contract and concluding the deal, and follow up till execution.

Got placed from college during MBA. Was selected for the post of Regional Manager. Joined company as Associate Trainee. I was on 6 months training period before resuming Regional Managers post.
