o Responsible for managing day to day Financial, Human resources and Administrative operations of Six (6) operational group companies.

o Preparing the Financial Budgets, conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports

o Developing and implementing an effective system of accounting & internal controls.

o To contribute to the overall Leadership, Strategic planning and management of the company

o Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial and management reporting, including monthly management accounts, balance sheet control.

o Monitoring daily Cash Flow and Working Capital Management.

o Undertake ad hoc financial analysis from time to time, to assist in evaluating profitability of income streams, new projects and potential for cost efficiencies in existing companies.

o Statutory Audit & Bank liasioning.

o Manage budget process & consolidation, including periodic forecasts.

o Continuous review of all financial policies & internal control procedures.

• Submission of regular reports to the Chairman & the Managing Director on the company’s performance.

o Oversee the investments of the company, and its' subsidiaries, both within and beyond the borders of the UAE.

• Submission of regular reports to CEO on sub-holding performance and identify threats to the business.

• Review prospects and problems associated with down-the-line companies.

• Maintaining and monitoring the existing company investments, identifying breaches and conduct appropriate analyses where needed.

• Monitor the progress of the company with respect to the Strategic Plan, Budget & Business plans.

• Defining and leading all business investment activities in order to maximize the Group’s investment utilization over the long term basis.

• Review of new proposals & carry out feasibility studies.
