them.
Meet sales targets (Investments, Bancassurance, Deposits, & FX Revenue) by offering them to clients
& also withdrawing in new ones to increase business.
Ensure superior customer service thereby contributing to the overall customer experience of Priority
banking requirements.
Cross sell payrolls, loans & credit cards for companies’ employee
SALES : To prepare a business plan / strategy on the sector of clients to be covered to ensure that
targeted budget is met, to manage the Sales target & to develop the Sales Channels in line with the Sales
Strategy
CUSTOMER SERVICE : To Maintain agreed TAT for internal & external customers in order to
obtain optimum customer satisfaction level and referrals
DOCUMENTATION & CREDIT ANALYSIS :To conduct proper checks of customer files based on
FGB credit guidelines before submission to credit to ensure maximum approval.
MARKET & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE :To be updated on all product parameters regularly, to
attend all internal and external training programs conducted & to be updated on competitor information,
market developments to be in a position to recommend suggestions to internal and external clients.
COMPLIANCE : To ensure that all the sales booked are in line with all the prevalent regulation of
compliance and audit & to understand and apply FGB core value
To brief the NRI products to the customers in the corporate sectors.
To enhance the relationship with the existing customers and cross sell different products of the
bank especially Home Loans.
Develop and update the client’s knowledge of Kotak Mahindra products & make comparisons
with the competitor’s products through regular interaction, thereby drawing the mindshare of the
clients towards Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Verifying documentation viz. account opening, FD deposits, KYC, customer data update
forms, etc. prior to processing at offshore head office to ensure error free straight through
processing.
Update the clients with the latest investment trends and alter their portfolio accordingly (Fixed
Deposit, demat account, trading account, home loans, mutual funds etc.)
Driving product sales through advisors and providing satisfactory services to the customers.
Handling customer queries & solving their problems
Coordinate with the different exchange houses, stock brokers to generate more business.
