• Learn the menu and be consistent with serving responsibilities
• Rotating food products for quality control
• Maintain records of liquor and inventory
• Working with your team to complete all FOH tasks and duties as instructed by management maintain records of health and safety as deemed by management
• Set up and clean up for events or catering
